Why Indian Cricket team bench strength best in the world?

Indian Cricket team bench strength

Indian cricket team has a great balance and considered as a best team in the world. Reason being We have best batsman like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan and also bowlers like Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah. It’s not about that we have few great players in present time who can bring world cup for us. We have the best bench strength in the world who can come on field and can keep a hold during match.

I remember those days, where chief selectors used to keep their eye on under 19 players performing. Given a chance at right time made them star. Playing legends like Yuvraj Singh, Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin, Mahendra Singh Dhoni are the outcome of those U-19 tournaments.

The important question is how Indian cricket team bench strength became so strong. In my opinion the world-class domestic tournaments like Indian premier league, Karnataka premier league and many more has outshined many players. Earlier many talented player used to get retired before age or they find more suitability in government jobs to get their future secure. Right now players could think beyond International play. They know they can showcase their talent now, as we have various platforms available these days. Spectators and selectors can also recognize which player is doing well in the domestic format and have a talent to pool them up into Indian cricket team bench strength.

10 years of Indian premier league, not only given us an evening entertainment package but also great talented bench strength. Once Virat Kohli stated, it’s good for any captain in the world, who would get players for every situation and can rely on their entire team to get in to nerves of the match.

Kuldeep-Chahal duo delivered when team needed

In the current scenario Indian cricket team bench strength is the best in the world. We have pool of players who can fill gap and act as super replacements. Taking example of Ravi chandran ashwin or Ravindra Jadeja. When team felt that there is need of replacements for these two in ODI format, they got immense talent filled in Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal.

Sachin got out : Match over

Remember those days when Sachin’s wicket during the match were considered as defeated match. Now, every spectator believes each and every player and expect close encounter till the last ball of the match. Indian cricket team bench strength have so much options available with them. Sometimes captain falls into confusion which player need to dropped and which player need to be in the squad. Take example of Kuldeep Yadav. This talented player performs each time he gets chance and still get dropped as and when team needs extra pacer. You may notice that a small town boy who has little bit weak english communication skill but he has honed his bowling skill through wrist spin and same applies for Yuzuvendra Chahal. If Shikhar Dhawan gets injured, we have a ready backup in the form of Ajinkya Rahane.

I adore the team of present time who can challenge the world with their strength. Indian cricket team bench strength has made them so consistent, that they have forgot the last series defeat. Furthermore, the team is in good hands of Virat’s aggressive approach utilizing the immense experience of legend M.S dhoni.

Good luck for Indian cricket team and their bench strength for Mission 2019 “World Cup”. We want another cheers that we celebrated on 02nd April 2011.
